Kano State Crisis: Deputy Gov Aminu Gwarzo accuses ex Gov of Kano State Abdullahi Ganduje
The Deputy Governor of Kano State, Aminu Gwarzo, has accused Abdullahi Ganduje of using federal power to impose the deposed Emir Bayero back into the state.
Gwarzo made these allegations at the Emir’s palace in Kano, stating that the ex Gov Ganduje, with the help of the National Security Adviser’s office, arranged for a flight to bring Bayero back.
Gwarzo emphasized that the appointment and removal of traditional title holders is the state government’s responsibility and questioned the Federal Government’s interference.
He reassured Kano residents to continue their normal activities without fear.
